As a born and bred Texas gal, I grew up feeling like a stranger in a strange land. With my red-hair, freckles AND a name like Sheen...you can imagine. Right?! There wasn't a snowball's chance in hades that I'd end up being "normal"!

It took decades to embrace my weirdness and to discover that I'm an empath so I just don't experience life in the same way as non-empaths do.

I feel things deeply and pick up on other's thoughts and feelings. It wasn't until I finally heard the words "those thoughts and feelings don't belong to you" that I was able to take a deep breath and let all the angst go.

For over 20 years, I've been diving into the areas of the previously unknown to ask the deeper questions and discover more of what it takes to change what isn't working. I've had so many experiences that were not fun...So, when I finally began to put my attention and awareness on the areas that were locking me down...life changed...In a BIG way!

I only share techniques that I've had personal success with! I believe in being my own "guinea pig" and testing out all sorts of concepts on myself first. When I find a winner, I share it with anyone who will listen!

What does that mean for you? Think of me as your own personal cliff notes. I've taken all of my years of study and condensed them into the best of the best so that I can quickly walk you through how to make phenomenal changes for yourself!

The joy I experience when I see the light turn on for others and then hear their stories soon after, provides a level of pleasure that is off-the charts awesome!

I'm also a Certified Health Coach-trained by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition of New York (IIN) and a Certified Facilitator for Soul Link®, Awareness in Consciousness® and Restoration®. Oh, and I am also Certified Chakra & Relationship Closure Facilitator.
